I’m a one-glass-of-chardonnay-per-night woman. I look forward to it. It’s like my reward for the day. But I’d like to attempt to have a no-alcohol-month, to see how differently I feel–physically and mentally. How do I start to do this? How do I not miss my friendly glass that meets me at dinner time every night? It’s something I look forward to and gives my day an extra “zing.” Thank you!
