My Protocol For Losing 50 Pounds!

I wanted to run my protocol by you:
Eating between the hours of 12 PM until 8 PM
No flour or sugar, or rice (I am a bit of a rice addict)
Alcohol up to two drinks a week – maximum

Only eat lunch and dinner in that time period
no snacks

No other drinks besides water, tea, and black coffee.

Would love to hear your thoughts on this protocol!
