My purpose: speak up

When doing the homework this morning, the thought kept coming to me that I want my purpose to be to speak up. In high school, I was voted quietest in my class. People would tell me to speak up often.

My purpose is to speak up, not because people have told me to, but because I can see what a vibrant and alive life it would be. Being honest with myself and others means having truly intimate relationships, serving the world in the way only I am able to, saying what I think with love and compassion, taking care of myself and my own needs, starting a business and earning money.

Here’s a model I did from today’s daily hw

UM
C: website wireframes exist
T: I can’t say what I think because he might not take it well
F: hesitant
A: don’t say what I think
R: I don’t speak up and I try to control his Ts and Fs

IM
C: website wireframes exist
T: I can absolutely say what I think
F: empowered
A: say what I think
R: I can absolutely speak up and let others manage their own Ts and Fs. I am honest with myself and others and show up unapologetically.
