T: My son should be living with me {I know this is arguing with reality}

A: cry, get coaching about it, do thought downloads, do models, talk about it with people, buffer with food and alcohol, look for evidence that everything sucks, ruminate about it, brainstorm ways to help him from a distance, try to arrange visits with him, call and text him often, indulge in confusion
