When I do my thought downloads, I often find that what runs through my head are statements of how I feel. “I’m proud of myself for getting up early” Or “I’m frustrated at work because my boss has set unreasonable goals.” How do I model these properly? In the first, getting up early would be the circumstance, pride would be the feeling, but I’m coming up empty with the thought, other than “I did it!” Is that good? Seems very simple/redundant. Is the second one, C = work goals, T = they are unreasonable, F = frustrated? It feels weird to have my “thoughts” from the download supply so many elements of the model. (Ha! Did it again with that last sentence.)
