Hi Brooke, I was catching up on the coaching call from last week and got to the last part with the woman who had the thought, “I’m burned out”. You suggested saying, “my thoughts are out of control right now and I’m going to sit down and work on them”. My question is, how do you do that? A thought download and then model for each thought? Or something additional? Also… when you do a download, how much time do you recommend? I think I’ve heard everything from 2 minutes to 10. I usually set my phone timer for 5.
