In SCS, we’re taught that the person who determines what is valuable is the person receiving/buying it.
In CCP, we are taught not be in other people’s models, including our clients. What they think is their business, and their results are too.
I am trying to define how my coaching is valuable. How do I not make it be about the results they want and what they think? I would think that my coaching is valuable if people made shifts in their lives / had transformations / got results, but then I am in their model and doing what they tell us not to do. So where do you go from here?
