My Why’s


I saw a class with Corinne Crabtree where she taught a concept of 3-2-1 to reach any goal and the first step is to write down your 3 why’s every day. I’ve been practicing it and love it; it gives me direction on accomplishing my goals.

Something I’ve noticed is that sometimes my why’s could be things like: * To stop being ashamed of my body

Is that a valid why, if I know that I could stop being ashamed of my image right now with my thoughts before I lose the weight?
