Narrowing my target market


Hi,

I was wondering if you could help me with some insights and feedback regarding my target market (which I’m having a hard time narrowing down). I’ve spent quite some time on this and could really use some help.

This is what I’ve come up with so far; I would like to work with women in their 30-45 that are driven, ambitious, smart and live in Stockholm. They feel stuck and want a change of some sort. They know that they want to change but not how. They have tried different things that have worked for a short period of time but then they would go back to their old habits again. They are having a hard time finding the motivation, the time, or they don’t believe that they are capable of making the change that they want to see in their life. They feel internal stress and often also external stress. They are unhappy in their current situation and are often surrounded by, or in the middle of a inevitable change.

Do I need to get more specific and if so, how?
