“Natural flavors”

I’ve cut out sugar and flour, and have been experimenting with all the sparking waters, as Brooke says in one of her talks.

I know that I should avoid artificial sweeteners because they can have similar effects in the brain as any concentrated product.

I’ve been experimenting with sparking waters that have “natural flavors” but a search on google hasn’t led me to any answers as to what these actually are and whether they can raise insulin or dopamine levels

I’m wondering if Brooke has any particular advice regarding “natural flavors” ? Are they included on the list of things available on the protocol?
