How do I know when I’ve reached my natural weight?
My goal was 147 because that’s the lowest weight I’ve been in my adult life. At that time it was so hard getting to that weight and to maintain it too. However, now that I’m at 150 I’m like 147???…No big deal and I’m following my protocol (no flour or sugar or dairy). I’m 5’8”.
I’ve shed 13lbs in 7weeks…unprecedented for me!
