Need a compelling reason

Brooke, you were on fire on the last VIP call! I got so much out of listening to you coach other scholars!
Had a big “aha” when it came to my own weight loss goals when you were coaching on that.
I’ve lost 50 lbs and have maintained for quite some time and have a desire to lose 10-15 lbs more.
But I have made zero progress on it and on the call, you helped me realize it’s because my reasons aren’t compelling enough…
So now I’m raking my brain trying to come up with compelling reasons and I’m drawing a blank.
Yet I still want to do it.
I know it’s going to be a healthier weight, and there’s a vanity factor in there too. I feel like I always have to suck my stomach in. Have done this since age 13, really tired of it!
But these reasons clearly are not compelling enough for me to really tighten up my diet and stick to the protocol I know would help drop the weight pretty fast.
How can I come up with something really compelling that’s going to motivate me?
