I think result line should contain a result that we produce for ourselves like – I do my best, I create the best experience for myself etc.
Is that correct?
But Brooke says you could put anything you want in the “R” line. It could be any goal.
My goal is – Get promoted to next level. Can I put this in the “R” line?
It feels like getting promoted depends on someone else and its not a result that I can create by myself. If its a result I want in my business, I have full control over it and yes it could go in the result line. But goals like – I get this job, I get promoted to next level etc are not fully in our control. How do we put them in R line?
