Need for structure

Hello…..I know it’s a thought but it feels really true that I do better with structure……Here is a Model, would appreciate some help on alternatives….Also,
I have lots of thoughts about what I “should” be doing. My actions do not reflect my “should” thoughts. I need to work on reconciling these two things. I find myself enjoying this time of complete relaxation. Something I have never done and once this is over, probably won’t do again. Thanks in advance 🙂

Circumstance-shut in for Covid-19
Thought-I do better with a more structured schedule.
Feeling – Unmotivated to do anything
Actions-non-commital to eating right and working out
Results-unhealthy weight
