Need help getting back on track!

I joined scholars in August and was doing amazingly! I lost 10lbs in the first month, was feeling good and was really engaged. In September, I still had been eating no flour/sugar but my protocol for what non-flour and sugar foods I was eating got looser and looser and I was allowing myself to make excuses because of work travel. I’m having trouble transitioning back into the engaged and committed mindset – finding a compelling reason is seeming very hard as well. I keep picking up my materials to get back on track and then choosing to not do the work I planned out to do.
