Need Help With A New Intentional Thought I Don’t Yet Believe

My unintentional model is :

C: Neighbors actions
T: They don’t like us.
F: Rejected
A: Ruminate, feel awful.
R: I don’t like me when I think this thought.

I did a thought download and it felt good to get on paper. I want to let the judgement go. But in my intentional model I have the T: Their loss, we’re amazing.

I do believe this thought, but the feeling is still negative. I think I just think the circumstance is negative and can’t get past the sad feeling that they don’t like me.
