Need Help with Schedule

I need some assistance in how I’m thinking about my schedule.

I feel like I have so much to do and not enough hours in the day. I have 3 young children with all of their needs and schedules, I work full time, I have weekly acupuncture appointments to help me with a health ailment, my husband works away from home half the week, and I am in CCP. In order for me to get everything done, I have to schedule myself from 5pm to 9pm.

I know these are circumstances, but I’m starting to feel burnt out. My main thoughts are “there is so much to do” and “there is no time to relax.” I have the awareness of them but it’s difficult to have another thought stick when the evidence is so heavily weighted to one side. Just looking for some feedback on how to move forward while enjoying the process and not feeling burnt out.
