On my regular day, if I have too many urges coming up.. how does it look like to receive it without distracting from it? I’m working on my urge to distract myself from work(that I put in my schedule). So for example, I sit with my work for a given hour.. and I have all these distracting thoughts and urges come up. Like an urge to pick my phone/write something else/look up something online… all these are different urges but I think they can all fall under this umbrella of ‘urge to distract myself from what I am doing’ (does that make sense?) ..So how do I deal with it, without resisting, while continuing with my work?
