So here it is currently
C – fasting blood glucose 125 high cholesterol and BP
T- Fuck!!! I was lead to believe if I lost weight (I did…40 pounds) if I eat low carb (I do, only organic meat, veggies, fat, very little fruit, certainly no sugar or flour)
F – I did all this gave up so much and I am no better off for it. I am smaller but not healthier
A – actually no change yet, I still do the right thing but I am pissed
R – it is going to be harder to continue to eat healthy when my health seems to be getting worse not better
