Negative Thinking


Hi,
I feel like I don’t have much control over my negative thinking (for a variety of reasons, including chronic anxiety, hormones, circumstances). Rather than fighting against the negative thinking, I decided to put it in the C line.

UM:
C – negative thinking
T – I can’t do anything until I figure out how to not indulge in negative thinking. I can’t figure this out.
F – Frustration
A – Spinning
R – No coaching consultations created

IM:
C – negative thinking
T –
F –
A – Create coaching consults
R – Coaching consultations created

I can’t seem to come up with intentional thoughts and feelings that would fuel my actions around creating coaching consults (which just serves to provide me with more evidence for my UM). Your perspective would be very appreciated.
