Negative thought loops


How do i start changing the thoughts of “why don’t i feel better?” In my head i think “you should feel better” You work out, you eat healthy, you started playing piano, you have friends and family that love you – you have a good job – you own a condo- you go to therapy – you have a pretty good life – So i think “you do all the things, so WHY dont you feel better?! And i’m starting to grasp its all about the thoughts i think – which appear to be all negative…
