Negative Thoughts About Myself


I’ve completed all of this month’s homework, and I’m excited and motivated by my new life story. However, during the first two weeks I listed an appalling number negative thoughts about myself that seem likely to interfere with my progress. Should I go back and do models on all of those negative thoughts in order to process them and see where exactly they are tripping me up? Or do I just move forward with February’s topic and the thoughts will be dealt with in future homework? Thanks!
