For years I consistently have dark dreams. My dream are always outlandish, not reflective of my life and just sad and dark dreams.
Three months ago I lost my job and while it’s a good thing (it was not a right fit and was holding me back), I am still conflicted about it.
Now in addition to my regular dark dreams, I have almost nightly dreams about work that are also dark dreams. I am sad & frustrated that I can’t have normal sleep, a time for body recovery. I think positive thoughts when trying to fall aslee but so far it does not seem to impact my dreams.
How can I control my unconscious thoughts in dreaming?
