Hi, so, almost every time I am about to do something really big that my brain says is scary (for me that is having a difficult conversation, or raising my hand to be coached on a call) , or that I perceive as scary, I get crazy nervous/anxious. My heart literally races and pounds and I fee like I am going to have a heart attack. I try to push this feeling away, so I know I’m resisting. I feel like being that nervous affects my performance or what I’m trying to say/accomplish. Do you have any suggestions for how to allow this? Will it ever go away?? thanks!
