I was coached my Brooke for the very first time live. When she called my name during the diamond coaching call – I literally froze. I managed to talk about what I had in mind, I ended up switching the example to something I’m more comfortable to discussing on a “stage”.
Now after the call I’m bummed that I should’ve talked about the real issue. I was also so nervous that I really don’t remember much of what happened (thanks to the recording, I can watch and learn later)
My question is – I knew I was nervous, quivering. How to switch your thought to a different one when you are under spotlight ?
