When I create ladder thoughts, I often get a neutral feeling in my models, and I am not sure what action stems from that feeling.

Often it’s proactive actions that would “help” me in the situation, but I am not sure any particular action can come from neutral as a feeling.
Here’s an example.

C- Some of my students did not increase their reading level.
T- I sometimes think I suck.
F- Neutral
A- Think about all the things I did to try to help them.
R- A sense of pride
