New Belief – too abstract?


I’ve been in Scholars for about 3 months – after doing daily thought downloads and models and learning to separate myself from my thoughts, I’m ready to start practicing a new belief.

Through my self coaching practice I’ve realized that I don’t actually currently believe that I’m in control of my thoughts. Is ‘I can create any thought I want’ a good belief to practice, or is it too abstract?

On the one hand I think if I adopt this belief it would have an impact on many parts of my life – on the other hand, I think if I pick a more concrete belief (let’s say something about my career) then believing that would also allow me to believe and create my own thoughts.
