I’m curious about introducing new coaching clients to this revolutionary idea that our thoughts truly are at the center of our lives and we really can change them.
I imagine your own coaching clients are very familiar with your material when they reach out to you, but for coaches not as renowned as you, do they have to spend the first few sessions educating the new client on those concepts?
I’m curious because when I broach these topics with friends who don’t know your work, I can tell it would be a tremendous mindset shift to make for them. They’re just so deeply used to thinking stuff happens to them and they just react the way anyone would.
