New crossfit programmation


Hi,
These are my models at the moment:

C New crossfit programmation with 3 times a week gymnastics skills
T It is going to be hard and boring
E despair
A I cry, I tell myself I am lame and it is all I deserve. I am not seeing the progress I could make. I don’t try, I don’t smile, I don’t ask for help or coaching
R I make the process of my own progression even harder and more boring

E enthusiastic
A I try I follow the plan I believe It is going to help me progress I find poeple to do the hard things with, to train and motivate ourselves. I ask for coaching to help me. I am not crying or pyting myself over my gymnastic skills
