I hadn’t been familiar with this concept until recently. I was trying to do a little more research on the subject and it seems like a lot of people recommend eating much bigger meals during eating times. This seems counter intuitive when using the hunger scale to determine the amount of food intake. Can you clarify whether or not you recommend increasing the amount of food eaten at lunch/dinner? Do you still recommend sticking with 4oz of protein per meal? Just trying to get the hang of it! Thanks!
