I set an impossible goal to apply for a new position within my current company that has more senority and higher pay. I got the job! I start in one week. I am terrified that I’ll be leaving my current physical/digital files a mess. I don’t feel like I have enough time to get things organized for the person replacing me. I don’t know how to stop worrying so much about this. I’m obsessed!
