New Self Coaching Scholar. Where to start?


I feel like I have so many things to pick to change in my life. I’m a mom, I’m overweight, I over drink, I buffer all the time, I run my own business and feel I fail my clients, I feel I’m failing as a wife, I have severe anxiety and battle with depression. I swing from manic to depressed once a month. I’m not showing up for myself, family, or clients. I need help in every area. Where do I start? Thank you in advance for all of your work and guidance.
