New Tea


Hi Brooke,
Found a tea that I like that is sweet but has no sugar or sweeteners. I actually called the manufacturer to make sure that it doesn’t. The sweetness comes from the orange oil I was told. Here are the ingredients: Rooibos, chicory root, natural flavor (not sugar), rosehip, cinnamon, lemongrass, peppermint, chamomile, ginger root, anise seed, orange oil and orange peel.
I am committed to stay on protocol especially no sugar or sweeteners. What are your thoughts regarding this tea increasing my insulin? Do you think that it is safe to drink?
