New thought – always positive?


Hi Team,

The new thought I choose for this month is “I am a fit and healthy person.”

Every time I think this thought I get very happy. I had back surgery 4 months ago and really do feel amazing.

However, practicing this thought everyday hasn’t helped me with my stress eating. Should I pick a new thought or a modification on this thought? Is this new thought also suppose to be a compelling reason?
