New to Thought Downloads


Ever since I learned here that my thoughts create my emotions and drive my actions and giving me my life results, when I sit to do a thought download in the morning, I notice that I unconsciously edit them as I write them down. So a negative thought might comes up and now that I am wiser, I will opt not to write it because I know it will be a cause of pain and suffering for me.

But even if I don’t write it down it doesn’t really go away. Why is that?
