New Thoughts for Weight Loss


I am starting on a weight loss journey and I realize that my regular thoughts are not going to lead to success:
“This is too hard.”
“You’ve tried before and failed.”
“Giving up sugar and flour will be too hard.”

The models for each of these thoughts just lead to giving up. So I clearly realize that I need some new thoughts that will create the result of sticking to my protocol.

This is where I am getting stuck. I have thought of some ideas such as:
“It will feel so amazing to be in my body as it was meant to be.”
“I can’t wait to have harmony with my body and freedom around food.”

I would love to hear what some other ideas for new thoughts are, ones that have been helpful to other people in the past. That would be helpful for me to choose some thoughts that will serve me. Thanks!
