So I listened to the podcast about working through negative emotions ep. 191.
and I recognize that I’m a lazy worker.. I need lot of breaks and want to chill.
and as soon as I have to do to much or things that I didn’t except from my job description than I start whining and getting mad.
For example I have to pick up a boy because he can’t get up by himself. (emotional things going on)
And for that I have to get up 1 hour earlier. and i noticed how it makes me angry i have to do that.
And I don’t want to be angry.
Also I just surf a lot on the internet.
How can i change my mindset?
I’m a good student but not such a good worker.
