I have been using Monday Hour 1 and I’m totally rocking it. I’m getting so much done and feel super effective.
And also I’m so tired! How do I get to the next level of using this system when I feel more balanced and luxurious about my time? I’m guessing there’s a model for this- maybe something like:

T I trust that I plan my time effectively so I don’t have to hustle
F relaxed, confident,
A plan breaks in my schedule
R next level Monday hour 1
