Hello, following the departure of my husband who left me, and my great suffering, I am in the middle of the program “Believing new things” and it helps me a lot (new thought : I can live and be happy without him).
I would like to have your opinion on what program of study I should do next to continue working on this grief (I have a lot of difficulty accepting this separation, I have panic attacks, fear, pain, sadness, anguish for my children, etc).
Should I do “relationships”? or “change your past”? or “impossible goal” (the goal would be happy without it)?
