Thanks for letting me know to distill my niche to one sentence. Here it is: I help introverted women overcome conflict anxiety with their narcissistic mother

Problem is, I have soo much resistance coming up because my mum wants me to be very vague about my story and say “people disagreed with my relationship” and not mention the family as she’s a very private person. I’d be bringing some personal things out into the world that involves other people (aka my family and mother).

How do your students handle niches that involve bringing other people into your marketing/story?

When it’s weight loss, it’s fine because it’s only your story.

Do I pick another niche that doesn’t link to my story as strongly such as “I help introverted women overcome conflict anxiety with their logical extroverted partner” or is there another way to word it? Or when I do my marketing do I just not mention my side as much?
