Night shift and Intermittent Fasting


Hi! I am a nurse and work 11 pm-7:30 am 4 nights a week. I am 31 years old, 5’4’’ and weigh 196, losing an average of about 1-1.5 lbs per week eating two meals per day. My question is about IF while working the night shift. My food journal looks like this:

Tuesday:
* Lunch ~12 pm: 4 oz protein, 8 oz veggies, 2 T fat
* Dinner ~6 pm: 4 oz protein, 10 oz veggies, 2 T fat

Wednesday:
* Lunch ~3 am: 4 oz protein, 8 oz veggies, 2 T fat
* Dinner ~6 pm: 4 oz protein, 10 oz veggies, 2 T fat

Thursday:
* Lunch ~12 pm: 4 oz protein, 8 oz veggies, 2 T fat
* Dinner ~6 pm: 4 oz protein, 10 oz veggies, 2 T fat

Friday, 11/16:
* Lunch ~12 pm: 4 oz protein, 8 oz veggies, 2 T fat
* Dinner ~6 pm: 4 oz protein, 10 oz veggies, 2 T fat

Saturday:
* Lunch ~3 am: 4 oz protein, 8 oz veggies, 2 T fat
* Dinner ~6 pm: 4 oz protein, 10 oz veggies, 2 T fat

Do you think this is ok? Do you have any recommendations on my IF? Also, do you have any thoughts about working the night shift overall? I really enjoy it but sometimes question how unhealthy it is.
