I have little time during the day to devote to going through SCS material and really working through it. I try to sit down at night to do some, but as soon as I’m settled, I get so sleepy that I can’t keep my eyes open. I’m not sure if I’m using it as an excuse or if I’m actually sleepy. I believe I’m actually sleepy. Also, I realize that its a pattern of mine to be in a perpetual state of wanting to do something but never quite getting to it. I think its avoidance or procrastination or maybe its buffering. Whatever it is, its blocking me from moving forward.
