"no" and other forms of negative expressions in intentional beliefs

Hi Coaches. I’ve heard many times from different sources that our brain/subconscious doesn’t percept words like “no”, “not”, “nothing” and other forms of denial. Based on this theory, when we tell ourselves phrases like “I don’t have to worry about money”, our brain hears “I have to worry about money”. What do you think about it? Is it OK to use denial words in the T line of our intentional models?
