Is it ok to not have a circumstance. Can I just start with a thought or a feeling.
T= people don’t like me
F= I feel bad about myself and wonder whats wrong with me.
A= try to make them like me by talking about myself
R= they don’t want to be around me cause I talk about myself too much..then I act like I don’t like them either
International thought
T= everyone likes me and are truly concerned about my wellbeing
F= happy, caring, emotionally connected and secure
A = I take care of myself
R= I do the work to take care of myself
Note: I didn’t realize that I didn’t takr care of me because I felt like others didn’t care about me.
Did I do this correctly?
