No compelling reason


I am new to SCS and prior to starting with SCS I had decided I wanted to try to complete a triathlon just as a challenge to myself. I am not a strong swimmer so this is definitely a push out of my comfort zone especially in an open water swim situation. Part of my reason for training for this is just my desire to experience some “discomfort” and overcome it in order to build confidence. Another reason might be the pride in accomplishing something that I have never thought was possible for me. Is this enough for a compelling reason because basically I just want to do it because it’s hard. (I also have another primary goal for working on anxiety through SCS – the real reason I joined!)
