I am doing the Lose 8 pounds in June and I am struggling with meal planning.
The thing is: I usually go out to have dinners outside (at my friends, to work cocktails, work dinners…). What can I plan ahead when I don’t know what is there going to be for dinner there? I have no control over the meals that they will prepare. Should I plan ahead the quantities or make hypothesis?
What would you recommend? Thank you so much!
