R: gain weight, feel unattractive, avoid connecting with men

F: purposeful
A: prioritizing health, follow my protocol, review vault materials in overeating and buffering
R: lost 3 lbs this morning, visualize more clearly my goal of losing 7 more pounds this month, feel better about my body
