No flour, no sugar, no weight loss.

Hi Brooke! I’ve been off flour and sugar, as well as fasting between 9 p.m. and 10 a.m. daily and I’ve gained weight. I’m up 3 lbs! I don’t know what I’m doing wrong, but I’m really wondering why this is not working for me. I’m not doing anything else differently, other than run/walking 3x a week. Any ideas? Thanks.
