No flour/sugar


Trying to do no flour or sugar.
My mind gets stuck on: You gotta do this for the rest of your life to keep the weight off… then tell myself why even start then… You won’t be able to do that because..
My husband says we want pizza and homemade potatoes gravy and chicken and homemade brownies and so on….
Do I just eat my chicken and salad and feel pissed I can’t have the other good food I make?
It feels so hard…
Any suggestions
