My Dr. has advised me to get on a lactose free diet due to some issues that I have been having recently. I have always had low tolerance, but he educated me on many of the foods that contain lactose that I was never even aware of.
I went grocery shopping tonight and as I was trying to find a food that would be good for breakfast that did not contain a milk byproduct, flour or sugar. I literally realized that I am eliminating almost all foods other than meat,fish fruit and veggies and I couldn’t figure what foods would be ok to eat for breakfast. Can you offer any suggestions?
I did come up with apple slices and peanut butter, but I can’t think of other options. would love your ideas.
